Mobilcard - Guest card

Free for our guests!

In addition to all public mobility "südtirolmobil", the mobil & activ Card includes a total of 10 high-quality services that are offered by the towns along the South Tyrolean Wine Route.

The Mobilcard entitles the holder to unlimited use of all local public transport services included in “südtirolmobil”.
The entire mobility of South Tyrol:

• regional trains (Brennero-Trento, Malles-San Candido),
• regional busses, local busses and citybusses
• cable cars to Renon, Maranza, Meltina, Colle and Verano
• the tram railway Renon and the funicular railway Mendola
• post auto Switzerland between Malles and Müstair

About our pricing:

Our prices are per apartment, per night and include a fee for cleaning after your departure.

Along with our price per night, a local tax of € 2,00 is payable per person, per night. Children and adolescents below the age of 14 are exempt from this fee, which is payable at arrival.

A surcharge of € 5 per person, per night is payable for stays of fewer than 5 nights and on public holidays.

Our high-season prices also apply during the Easter and Whitsun holidays.

Bookings of less than a week can only be made at short notice.

We kindly request arrivals and departures on Saturdays.

Your apartment will be accessible to you from 2pm on your scheduled arrival date. We kindly request to vacate your apartment before 10am on your scheduled departure date.

Cancellation policies in accordance with Art. 1382 ZGB

Cancellation: sounds unpleasant and so it is - for you and for us! In case something unforeseen happens and you cannot set out on your journey, the following conditions are applied:

• Up to 3 months before arrival cancelation is without charge.
• From 3 months to 4 weeks from the agreed day of arrival the deposit will be withhold.
• Within the last 4 weeks before the agreed day of arrival the cancellation fee is 100% of the reservation fee.
• If you arrive late or depart early the total period of the booking will be invoiced.
